What is Clique Loyalty Programme?

The Clique Loyalty Programme provided by Clique Clinic is a consumer reward programme designed to enable its members to enjoy various benefits during their purchase at Clique Clinic, affiliates, subsidiaries and/or partners participating in the Programme.

How does Clique Loyalty Programme work?

When a member purchases an eligible products and/or services at the clinic, the member’s account is credited with the points corresponding to his/her purchase. Members can utilise points to redeem gifts.

How do I join Clique Loyalty Programme?

The customers shall provide the required and obligatory information on a membership form. The easiest way to join is through our online application form. Simply complete your details and submit the form to us.

Is there any age limit to become a member?

Membership is open to individual above 21 years old. Any individual who wishes to become a member must agree to the programme’s general terms and conditions from time to time.

Is there a membership card?

No. Clique Clinic mobile app and/or website contain everything you need. A valid email address is required to access the page. Each member will be issued with a username and password.

Is there an enrollment fee or annual fee for Clique Loyalty Programme?

Membership is free. There is no enrollment fee or annual fee.

Can I have more than one membership account?

An individual is entitled to only one membership account.

How do I make changes to my personal details?

Members can update his/her personal details at any time at www.cliqueclinic.com. If you require assistance, please feel free to contact us.

How do I collect points?

To collect points, members must present their National Registration Identity Card Number (NRIC No.) or Passport Number upon purchases made at the clinic.

Can I earn points for purchases taken before I enroll as a Clique Loyalty Programme member?

Members are only allowed to earn points on purchases made after enrolling as a Clique Loyalty Programme member. Purchases made prior to enrollment as a member will not be awarded with points.

How do I redeem my products and/or services reward?

Simply login to the website or mobile app, search on the products and/or services, and select the redeem button. Products and/or services redemption has to be done in-store. If members have chosen to redeem services like Skin Toning, members must contact our Customer Service Officer for appointments.

Can I earn points from redeeming my reward?

Rewards redemption will not qualify for points (inclusive of Tier Qualifying Points and Reward Points). For purchases on top of your reward, these will qualify for points. For example, if a member has a Clique Clinic voucher of RM 500 and the final bill comes to RM 1500, the member will earn points for the remaining RM 1000 payment.

My voucher has expired. Can I get a refund?

Sadly no. Expiry dates are made very clear on the voucher itself, and they must be used before the expiry date.

How long does it take for points to appear in my account?

For points earned for the programme, please allow up to seven (7) days for the points earned to be reflected in the system.

How do I keep track of my points?

The best way is to log in to Clique Clinic website (http://www.cliqueclinic.com). Members will be able to view the latest transactions, tier qualifying points and reward points.

What should I do if points are not credited to my account?

If a member notes that his/her points are not credited as expected after a minimum of seven (7) days following the member’s purchase at a participating clinic, the member may send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within 30 days following the purchase in question (based on the payment/receipt date).

Can I transfer points from one account to another account?

No. Points cannot be sold, loaned or transferred.

How can I keep track of my points expiry?

You can keep track of your points expiry through the following channel:
• Latest Activities.
• Simply login in to www.cliqueclinic.com with your username and password to access Clique Loyalty Programme page.

Is there any expiry date to my Clique Loyalty Programme Points?

The points accumulated are valid for 12 months (365 consecutive days) from the date of last purchase. This validity is extended by 365 days each time a purchase at the clinic is done.

What should I do if my account has been locked?

Please note that username is the email address associated with the programme.

If a member has a username but does not remember his/her password, click Forgot Your Password.

Note: The password must be between 8 to 30 characters long. Members can use any combination of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and/or special characters.

How to reset password?

It only takes a few steps to reset the password on an individual membership account. Go to www.cliqueclinic.com/clique-loyalty-programme/Login, choose “Forgot Your Password”, and enter username. Members should receive an email with a link to create a new password for his/her membership account. If members do not receive the email, check the spam folder and add This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to his/her email contact list to ensure members receive the notifications going forward.

If a member is unable to reset the password for his/her membership account through the Clique Loyalty Programme page, contact us for assistance.

Password reset will be delayed if information given is inconsistent with the previous record.

Can I install the mobile app on more than one device?

Yes. Members are allowed to install the programme by Clique Clinic mobile app on more than one device, and login using the same details.

Can I install the mobile app on a tablet?

Yes. Members can download the mobile app on a tablet but the experience is optimised for a smartphone.

What if my phone/tablet is stolen and I am still logged in, can someone claim my rewards and see my personal information?

If a member’s phone or tablet is stolen, please contact our Programme Administrator and we will freeze your account.
